The workmanship warranty is a warranty of the installation process. The actual work being done. We hold our craftsmen to the highest standard and stand behind our work for life. 

What it doesn't cover
Material Defects- The materials that we use are the highest quality and often come with warranties of their own. 
   
Damage caused by external factors

The workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as severe weather, natural disaster or accident
   
Normal wear and tear

Over time, all homes experience normal wear and tear such as fading paint, minor cracks in drywall or settling of the foundation.These are expected over time and are not a result of poor workmanship. 
   
Homeowner Negligence

If the homeowner fails to properly maintain the work or uses it in any way that was not intended, the workmanship warranty will not cover  any resulting damage.
